Our job is to move you to act against human injustice
Abolitionist William Wilberfoce once said, “You may choose to look the other way, but you can never say again that you did not know.”
Our Mission:
expose human injustice
educate people through our films
equip people to do justice
Current Emphasis:
In this season, Unearthed is focused on fighting against sexual exploitation. We have developed a great project for those who want to assist in victim care (we get to fund rescue operations, safe houses and legal cases every single month) and in 2012, we’re launching a film called “The Hearts of Men” which will focus on demand reduction. It’s important for us to meet the needs of victims with every dollar that comes through our doors, but we’re committed to going after the men who perpetuate the cycle of sexual brokenness all over the world.
History:
Founded: 2009 | Located in Lexington, Kentucky
Check out our victim care project to give the gift of rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration to women and children living in sexual exploitation.
